brench press 260 lbs

Today wake up no warm up asymmetrical workout, 3x2 at 235, 1 x 1 at 240, 3 x2 at 255 and 3x1 at 260 lbs in the bench press followed by 100 asynnetrical push ups.

last week, all I did for bench press was 235 once a day in the morning. The week before that I didn't bench press at all.Now I am 260 lb. Working on pushing 300 lbs in the next month.
